Generally, registration with the business registry can be completed within about 5-7 working days — as long as all documents are in place and notarization is handled correctly.

However, for your company to become fully operational, you’ll also need to complete several follow-up steps — including opening a business bank account, appointing a certified accountant, and finalizing all mandatory tax and legal registrations.
Our team assists you with each of these stages to ensure your business is not only registered, but ready to operate smoothly from day one. All process is up to 3 weeks.

Yes, but only once.
To establish a company in Serbia, you’ll need to visit in person one time to obtain your electronic signature certificate, which is a legal requirement for company registration.
After that, our team manages the entire process on your behalf — including document preparation, submission, and registration with the business registry.
Once your company is officially established, you’ll need to be physically present again to open a business bank account, as Serbian banks require the account holder’s in-person verification.
Beyond these steps, all further procedures can be handled remotely with our full support.

Yes. Once your company is registered and you have a valid business address, you can apply for temporary residency in Serbia as the company’s owner or managing director.
Alternatively, if you have an official job offer from a registered Serbian company and your employment is approved by the National Employment Service (NSZ) and the Ministry of Interior (MUP), you can also apply for residency based on employment.
